My approach to care is rooted in collaboration, compassion, and a deep respect for your individual journey. I believe in person-centered treatment that supports your unique goals—whether that includes medication, supportive therapy, or a combination of both. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you navigate your mental health with clarity, confidence, and care.
I understand that starting psychiatric treatment—especially medication—can feel overwhelming. That’s why I take time to explain all available options, ensuring you feel informed and empowered to make decisions that align with your values and comfort level.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with diverse populations and a wide range of complex psychiatric diagnoses. My background includes emergency psychiatric care and inpatient psychiatry nursing, which has shaped my ability to approach each individual with empathy, flexibility, and clinical insight.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Illinois University and completed my Master of Science in Nursing at Northern Kentucky University, specializing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
It’s a privilege to support individuals in their journey toward healing, growth, and improved mental wellness.
